Organizational Structure

Our organizational structure is based on functional structure where the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is in the head of the top management, the Finance and Human Resource Director, Development Director and Marketing Director the next most important managers in the organization after the CEO, the Head of Finance and the Head of HR work under the Finance and HR Director, while the Head of Software Development and Head of Creative Design work under the Development Director. Finally, the Head of Public Relations and the Head of Digital Marketing work under the Marketing Director. The following graph shows our organizational structure.
